GlobalProtect keeps disconnecting

If GlobalProtect disconnects frequently or shows a persistent error on restart, this is a known issue on some Macs that requires IT to investigate directly.


Try these steps first:

1. Restart your computer and reconnect to GlobalProtect

2. If you see a pop-up error on restart, note the exact error message


If the issue continues after a restart, IT will need to connect remotely via Splashtop to diagnose. Submit a ticket and include:

- A screenshot of any error message

- Your Splashtop code (open Splashtop on your Mac and share the 9-digit code)
