How to connect to the VPN using Global Protect

PartnerComm has switched to GlobalProtect VPN.


To connect:

1. Look for the globe icon (?) in your top menu bar and click it

2. If the globe icon isn't visible, open GlobalProtect from your Applications folder — it will then appear in the menu bar

3. Click Connect

4. Sign in with your Microsoft account (same credentials as before)


If prompted "GlobalProtect Would Like to Filter Network Content" — click Allow. This permission is required for the VPN to work.


VPN address if needed: vpn.partnercomm.net


If this doesn't help: Submit a helpdesk ticket with a screenshot of any error message you see.
