Overview
This guide explains how to download and install the GlobalProtect VPN client on Windows and macOS devices.
Requirements
Before starting, make sure you have:
• An internet connection
• Your company username and password
• Access to Microsoft Authenticator for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Download the GlobalProtect Client
1. Open a web browser.
2. Navigate to:
https://vpn.partnercomm.net
3. Sign in with your company credentials if prompted.
4. The correct installer for your operating system will automatically be presented.
5. Download the installer.
Install on Windows
Step 1 – Open the Installer
1. Open your Downloads folder.
2. Double-click the downloaded installer file.
Step 2 – Allow Installation
1. If prompted by Windows security, click Yes.
Step 3 – Complete Setup
1. Click Next through the installation wizard.
2. Click Install.
3. Wait for the installation to complete.
4. Click Finish.
Install on macOS
Step 1 – Open the Installer
1. Open the Downloads folder.
2. Double-click the downloaded .pkg installer.
Step 2 – Complete Setup
1. Click Continue through the installation prompts.
2. Click Install.
3. Enter your Mac password if prompted.
4. Wait for the installation to complete.
5. Click Close.
Connect to the VPN
1. Open the GlobalProtect application.
2. In the Portal field, enter:
vpn.partnercomm.net
3. Click Connect.
4. Sign in with your company username and password.
5. Approve the sign-in request using Microsoft Authenticator.
Verify Connection
Once connected:
• The GlobalProtect icon should display as connected
• You should now have access to company resources
