IT can add you to any client folder on the Secure Server.
Steps:
1. Submit a helpdesk ticket specifying which client folder you need access to
2. IT will add your account to that folder
3. If you're already logged into the Secure Server when access is granted, log out and back in — the new folder will not appear until you do this
If this doesn't help: Contact helpdesk with your username and the exact name of the folder you need.
