Follow these instructions to create a new client SFTP folder and add internal user access via SSO.
- Connect to AZ-DB1 (10.0.0.6), open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Upload\
- Create the a new folder with the clients name
- Open the Cerberus SFTP admin app from AZ-DB1 desktop, open User Manager in the left hand menu
- Create a new user group with the clients name
- Open browser and navigate to the M365 admin portal, create a new distribution group use the following settings
- ClientNameSFTP@partnercomm.net
- Don't allow external senders to email this group
- Add any necessary internal users as members of this group
- Open a new browser tab and navigate to the Azure admin portal, so you can edit the Cerberus SFTP Enterprise App
- In the Enterprise App interface you'll first need to attach the new ClientNameSFTP email group
- Then choose Provisioning On Demand, search for the new client group and select all of its members from the drop down menu and click Provision
- Go back to AZ-DB1 and back into the Cerberus SFTP admin app
- Open SSO Users from the left hand menu item and move to the Users & Groups Custom Mappings
- Choose to create a new SSO Group to Cerberus Group Mapping and search for the client name in each field then select both and map them together
- You may need to jump over to the SCIM Provisioning tab and click the Refresh Users & Group Counts button to get the new client folder to appear in the SSO mapping menu
