Follow these steps to add internal access to a client folder in our SFTP server.

  • Open M365 and search for SFTP, then scroll down until you see the appropriate client folder in the filtered folder list
  • Add the necessary users as members of the distribution group
  • Open a new browser tab and navigate to the Azure Admin portal
  • Move down into the Cerberus SFTP Enterprise Application and open the Provisioning option
  • Move to Provision On Demand and search for the client folder you've just updated the members for
  • Click the drop down and select only the new group members from the list and click Provision
  • Open the Cerberus Admin app on AZ-DB1 (10.0.0.6) RDP connection and select the SSO Users left hand menu option
  • Look up the user from the SSO users list and confirm their account shows the newly added permissions
