Logging In
PartnerComm employees will navigate to https://secure.partnercomm.net and click on the PartnerComm SSO button from that page. If you've already signed into the SSO in your current browser you'll be directed to the folders you currently have access to view. If you're not sign into the SSO you will be directed to the typical Microsoft login page where you'll fill out your normal login information.
Client users will login as normal using the username and password they setup during their account request. If the client user hasn't signed into the secure server in 60days or more they will need to reach out to their PartnerComm contact so that contact can submit a ticket to the Help Desk requesting a temporary password. As the client user signs in with that temporary password they will be asked to setup a new permanent password.
