Adobe and Extensis/Monotype Connect have a known conflict that a cold reboot usually resolves.
Steps:
1. Do a full shutdown — Apple menu → Shut Down (not Restart)
2. Leave the computer off for at least 15 minutes
3. Power back on and test whether Monotype Connect can now find the Adobe fonts
Note: Monotype Connect (formerly Extensis Connect) updates are pushed automatically via Jamf.
If this doesn't help: Submit a helpdesk ticket — the Adobe/Monotype conflict sometimes requires additional investigation.
