The easiest way to connect to Cases is via the Self Service app:
1. If working remotely, connect to VPN first
2. Open the Self Service app on your Mac
3. Find the "Consultants File Share" policy (Designers may see "Designers File Share")
4. Click Run and sign in with your username (firstname.lastname) and your current Microsoft/email password
If Self Service doesn't work, you can connect manually:
1. In Finder, click Go → Connect to Server
2. Enter: smb://10.60.1.7/cases
3. Sign in with your username and Microsoft password
If this doesn't help: Submit a helpdesk ticket — include whether you're on VPN and what error message you see.
